We had a Hot Water Heater go out on us this past Thursday. On Friday I immediately went to Angi's list to locate someone to come and look at it:. I left a message and within a few minutes we received a call from Blue Mountain Contractors. The owner Jimmy said he would be out at 6 to fix it. Promptly at 6 p.m. he arrived with a new Hot Water Heater and got to work. He knew from our description of the problem that we had lost our hot water heater. Jimmy knew we would need hot water thru the weekend and he got our new one up and running. He cleaned up the area after he finished and left everything neat and clean. I cannot say enough about his workmanship, and caring for the customers needs. My husband and I know if we need anything plumbing or HVAC related we will going forward definitely call Blue Mountain Contractors LLC because we know Jimmy will get the job done right. Jimmy was fantastic. He made time and came late in the day to help me. He was polite, and kind, and patient as I asked questions. He was in and out so quick, and was quickly able to identify the problem. Definitely recommend. Fantastic experience.
James and Cameron arrived on time and did a great job. When we called for an estimate, James was very timely in coming to our home to do so. Others we had requested an estimate from just wanted us to send them photos and relevant info. (They also took 2 more days to email our estimate) which in our case was about $1000 higher than Blue Mountain Contractors. The pricing was very competitive, the job was great. They took time to make sure we knew how to operate the remote and ignite the pilot for the ventless fireplace! They were very personable and capable. We are already recommending them to our friends and neighbors!! We would definately hire them again for other home projects!
Good honest plumber that did amazing work! I highly recommend this company. I’ll be contacting them for any plumbing needs I have in the future.
Jimmy was amazing to work with. He did the plumbing in my 1800sf basement. I also had him run some gravity drain lines for my mini split inwall. He was great at communicating, on time and did a fantastic job. My plumbing inspector was pretty impressed how neat and up to code the install was. Price was great and when he was done, he swept the place and left it cleaner than I had it. I've been using Blue Mountain HVAC & Plumbing ever since for other small jobs I have in my home. Thank you for a job well done!
